Bryant v. Bowers, ___ N.C. App. ___, (2007) (declaratory judgment action in connection with spouse's years allowance); Oakes v. Wooten, 173 N.C. App. 506, 620 S.E.2d 39 (2005) (affirming award in favor of client in motor vehicle negligence case); State v. Moore, 111 N.C. App. 649 (1993) (reversing client's conviction because trial court failed to instruct on self defense); State v. Sapatch, 108 N.C. App. 321, 423 S.E.2d 510 (1992) (reversing client's conviction which was based on search violating the Fourth Amendment).
